A set of comparable properties are assembled, and your property assessment is compared to what we would expect as far as valuation. Finally, your property’s unique features and challenges are factored into the analysis to arrive at a recommendation as to whether an appeal of your appraised value is likely to succeed.

As part of this process, we review your circumstances and prepare a summary appraisal file, which will only cost $75 upfront. This includes filing fees for your petition, as well as our hard work in creating evidence packages that make sure we’re successful on your case.
